Every purchase includes a straightforward commercial-use license. This page explains the deal in plain English; the license delivered at checkout is the controlling agreement.
ONE-BUYER COMMERCIAL LICENSE
What you receive
You receive commercial permission to use the purchased instrumental in your own song or recording, including releases on streaming platforms, social media, video content and live performances, subject to the final license terms delivered with your purchase.
One-buyer promise
After your completed purchase, Beats by Bea will not knowingly issue a new license for that specific instrumental to another customer. “One buyer” describes our promise not to resell our copy; it is not a guarantee that an AI system or another creator could never independently create similar material.
Your song
You keep the rights you legally own in your original lyrics, vocals, performances and other qualifying human-created contributions. We do not promise that AI-generated portions of an instrumental are independently copyrightable.
Stems
When stems are included with or added to a purchase, they are provided as available for production, mixing and editing of the licensed finished song. Separation and isolation quality may vary, and individual stems may contain bleed, artifacts, or incomplete isolation of particular sounds or sections. Purchasing stems does not grant additional ownership, copyright, resale, sublicensing or redistribution rights beyond this license.
AI disclosure
Some or all instrumental material offered by Beats by Bea may be created with generative-AI tools under plans that permit commercial use. We do not represent purely AI-generated material as human-authored copyright.
Restrictions
You may not resell or redistribute the standalone beat as a beat, sample pack, stock-music file or competing downloadable product. You may use it as part of your own finished creative work under the purchased license.
Previous licenses
If a listing ever had a valid license issued before being offered under a one-buyer claim, that earlier license remains unaffected. Listings intended to be sold only once from inception will be identified and handled that way.
